It’s been a while since I’ve made any food/cooking related post, and what better way to get back into it than with a post about African cookbooks 🤩. From the classics to new-on-the-scene cookbooks, this list has a mix of cookbooks from different regions of Africa.

It’s not really easy to get a copy of this book compared to the other cookbooks on this list, and I hope that this book, as well as older cookbooks, will be more widely published and celebrated someday.
